DAY RETREAT

I’m so happy to be bringing one of my signature Reiki-infused Soundbaths to the beautiful setting of The Land for an evening of sound, nature and connection.

The Land is one of those places that invites you to slow down the moment you arrive. Surrounded by nature, it’s the kind of place that makes you breathe a little deeper without even realising you’re doing it.

We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation before settling into a 90 minute Reiki Infused Soundbath inside The Land’s beautiful cabin.

I’ll be sharing with my signature collection of sound tools, crystalline singing bowls, buffalo drum and Koshi chimes, while working intuitively with Reiki energy throughout the session. I’ll also be using my own essential oil blend, Heart Burst 3.5, alongside Florida Water to gently connect deeper to begin and end the work and support the intention for the evening.

There are just 10 spaces, creating a small, intimate group where there’s room to settle, soften and experience the evening in your own way.

After the Soundbath we’ll make herbal teas and spend some time together. If the weather is kind, we’ll sit outside overlooking the wildflowers and surrounding nature. If not, we’ll head into the snug in the cabin.

There’s never any expectation to speak, but there’ll be space to connect, share stories and simply listen, if that’s what feels right.

Life moves quickly, this is an opportunity to pause and rest, a space just for you. 

For a couple of hours, there’s nowhere else to be, nothing else to do, simply receive.
