The Cancer New Moon invites deep emotional healing and connection. It’s a time to nurture your inner world and set intentions rooted in self-care. Our gathering will provide a sanctuary to honor your feelings and plant seeds for heartfelt growth.
This beautiful immersive experience is designed to allow you put you first for once without the guilt or shame, a selfless act of honouring yourself, carving out time and space to just simply be fully held. To release what no longer serves you, and step into the next bit, feeling revitalized and inspired.
Weaving within a series of intentional rituals, healing modalities, and guided ceremonies, this gorgeous gathering offers a gentle reset bringing closure and gratitude to the lessons and the loves of what’s been, and opening space for all that’s still to come.

All equipment is provided Yoga mat, blanket, cushion, eye pillow (although guests often like to bring their own blankets for comfort which is totally ok)
What’s Included:
Energetic Cord-Cutting Ritual Release lingering attachments and cleanse your energetic field. This powerful ritual allows you to let go of old energies, relationships, or habits that may be weighing you down. By consciously cutting these energetic cords, you’ll free yourself to move forward unburdened and create room for fresh possibilities. Drum Release Ceremony Through the grounding rhythm of the buffalo drum, this release ceremony facilitates the shedding of layers of emotional and mental clutter. All equipment is provided but you may want to bring:
1. A journal / notebook and pen
You’ll be writing from your heart, so bring something you love to write in.
2. An extra blanket if you like to be snug
Comfort is key — you may want an extra something soft to wrap around you during the soundbath.
3. A reusable water bottle
Staying hydrated helps with energetic clearing (plus, cacao is a natural energizer!).
4. An open mind and an open heart
No experience needed. Just come as you are.
5. A small personal item for the altar (optional)
If you like, bring a crystal, photo, or small object you want to charge with new intentions to place the bowls
6. Wear comfortable, layered clothing
We’ll move between sitting lying down and being comfortable is a high priority
7. A small offering of something to symbolically “leave behind” (stone, flower petal)
All emotions welcome.
Crying, laughter, stillness it’s all sacred.
This is a no-perfection space.
You don’t have to “be spiritual” to belong here.
