To ensure a safe and supportive experience for all participants, this event is not suitable for individuals with the following conditions:
Pregnancy: Spinal Energetics is not recommended during the first trimester.
Mental Health & Medications: If you are currently managing severe PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis, or are taking multiple medications that significantly alter brain chemistry (such as antipsychotics).
Medical Conditions: This event may not be suitable for those with:
Recent physical injuries, fractures, or surgeries.
Epilepsy or a history of seizures.
Aneurysms (history or diagnosis).
Cardiovascular concerns, including heart disease or other heart conditions.
Severe asthma.
Recent Hospitalisation: If you have been hospitalised for a psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, or spiritual emergency within the past three years, we recommend waiting until you feel fully stable before attending.
Age Requirement: This event is open to individuals aged 16 and above.
Please also note that to attend this event, we insist that you not drink alcohol or take any plant medicine, illicit substances or illegal substances before, during or after the event.
What to bring:
We recommend wearing layers and bringing socks so that you can adapt to feeling either warm or cool, along with a light blanket and a pillow for extra comfort. You may also wish to have a water bottle & an eye mask.

Our team might capture some photos and videos at this event to share on our socials for future events. Please let us know on the day if you would prefer to be excluded.

Please kindly arrive at 6.30pm as we will be commencing at 6.45pm for introductions and 7:00pm to start
